The rules for using Rachayitalay and managing your workspace.
By creating an account or using Rachayitalay, you agree to these terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, account security, member access, and activity performed through your account. Do not bypass plan limits, upload unlawful material, or interfere with the platform.
Plans provide the limits and features shown on the billing page. Prices, taxes, currency, billing interval, and payment methods are shown before purchase. Recurring payments are processed by the configured provider. Cancellation stops future renewal while access normally continues through the current paid period.
The first paid plan purchase may be eligible for a refund requested within two days. The refund is calculated as paid amount minus usage deduction. Provider fees, taxes, or non-refundable charges may be excluded where permitted by law.
You retain responsibility for submitted content and grant Rachayitalay only the rights needed to host, process, display, and back up it for the service. Do not use the service for fraud, infringement, harassment, malware, spam, or unlawful activity.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rachayitalay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, non-payment, or legal requirements. Continued use after published changes means you accept the revised terms.
